Foodways across cultures: an international exploration of what and how we eat is a course aimed to Nutrition students from all over Europe, and Graduates in Nutrition from the last academic year who wish to acquire an international overall view of what, how and why do we eat what we eat.

Trough workshops and participatory dynamic, the student will carry out a programme that will allow them to become familiar with dietary practices specific of different countries, understand programs and experiences in the field of multicultural inclusion and know the features and tools tailored in multicultural communication.

Foodways across cultures: an international exploration of what and how we eat has arisen from the collaboration of different European universities specialized in Nutrition and it includes the participation of lecturers form different European Universities.

Nutrition students form all over Europe, and Graduates in Nutrition from the last academic year.

Tuition fees

Fees:

  • 260€: Students with accommodation           
    • Including 3 nights at the Canonge Collell Hostel, all meals from Monday lunch to Thursday lunch, tuition fees and course materials. Not included: travelling costs, drinks and snacks during bar-evenings and leisure. 
  • 120€: Students without accommodation     
    • Including lunches, coffee breaks, tuition fees and course materials.

15:30 - 17:30      Presentation of the Research Project "La Sínia"  (Lecturer: Dr. Salvador Simó - Room: B023)
